High-Efficiency Boiler Systems
Boilers are central heating systems that generate heat from one location in the house and distribute it via piping to the various rooms. The word boiler is somewhat confusing in that hot water systems do not actually boil the water. They typically heat it to about 160 degrees and circulate it through a piping system.
Thermostats
Programmable thermostats are easy to use and provide accurate temperature control and energy savings while allowing you to program your heating and cooling requirements throughout the day.
Internet-capable thermostats offer these same benefits, plus the ability to remotely monitor and control thermostat settings over the Internet.
Zone Controls
A zone-controlled system allows you to adjust the temperature in various parts of your home independently. Each area of the home will have its own thermostat, allowing you to set the temperature for just that area.
